This is the amount of time to make a real lasting change in your habits and lifestyle. This program is not about quick-fixes. It's about making small, incremental steps that stick and then expand.

Why do you need to apply?

I have a limited number of slots available for new clients. Please submit an application for a free 30-minute consultation call. Based on your goals and availability we will decide if we are a good fit. By working with me you commit to a 6-month partnership in your wellness. $499/month (6-month commitment)
