After 2+ years co-hosting the Well2You Podcast with Sue McCarroll, I’ve decided to step down from my role. Not because I am not passionate about the topics, conversations, and guests Sue and I had but to make space for new priorities in my life and business.

On this show, Sue and I shared a different perspective on wellness with our listeners because we believe a holistic approach allows you to thrive in a life of health, happiness, and vitality. With conversations and guests that range from nutrition, relationships, self-care, and family we encouraged women to take action to become their best selves (but in a totally realistic and authentic way).
