My 6-month 1:1 program is an integrated approach to bringing that spark back not only addressing the food you eat and the way you move your body but all aspects of wellness in your life.

Pilates

The pilates studio is a private sanctuary for women seeking physical rejuvenation. Our sessions focus on deep strength, mobility, and confidence-building. With a compassionate approach and a special dedication to reconnecting and strengthening the core postpartum, our sessions are designed to help you stand taller, move freely, and embrace life with vitality.

Postnatal Core Kickstart 8-week Online Program

The Postnatal Core Kickstart is an 8-week, step-by-step program to rebuild your core strength and safely return to exercise postpartum.

This is a different approach to postpartum exercise focused on education, guidance, and accountability. I will help you heal your core from the inside-out (no matter how long it’s been after delivery) so you can feel strong and confident in your body and do motherhood with ease!

After 2+ years co-hosting the Well2You Podcast with Sue McCarroll, I’ve decided to step down from my role. Not because I am not passionate about the topics, conversations and guests Sue and I had but to make space for new priorities in my life and business. On this show, Sue and I shared a different perspective on wellness with our listeners because we believe a holistic approach allows you to thrive in a life of health, happiness and vitality.
