“I never knew how bad I was feeling because it became the norm. Now I feel so crappy when I eat something harmful on my gut and I am able to quickly adjust. I feel WAY less bloated.”

“I made water a part of my day, learned to have healthy foods in the house ready for the kids that are more than just fruits and veggies, working out again, making water a seamless part of the day, not dependent on alcohol, having normal bedtime, skin is back to being good, haven’t gained weight which in itself is huge considering the years before. I cook at home way more. I know much better what to look for as healthy or unhealthy ingredients. I'm way stronger with much more muscle tone. I don't drink soda. I drink less alcohol. I drink more water. I'm working on de-cluttering my space. I work less at night and in the morning. I feel less guilty when I relax. I feel less guilty when I work out and put chores or others after that. I have a better sense of self in my friendships.”

“Caitlin helped me to learn that food isn't just what I physically eat, food is everything I feed myself including my thoughts, self-talk, environment, work, relationships, habits and more. Often there is a need to work on more than a food diet to improve one's well-being. She is an exceptional listener and will provide realistic goals and tasks to help get you on track in many different ways. She makes things achievable and removes the overwhelming piece. She is also the best cheerleader! I love that she takes a holistic approach to her clients wellbeing and she has helped me see that I can be and feel better, it is possible. I'm forever grateful for her coaching and support. Her coaching has been a much needed life-line. You'll never regret a minute with Caitlin! She's my rock!”

I am feeling like myself again.

“Growing up I learned that all food was a different levels of bad for me. While some was better than others, all ultimately led to weight gain. With Caitlin’s help, I have formed a better relationship with food and have learned how to cook delicious meals my family enjoys (even with my children’s special dietary needs). I am grateful for her guidance and all I have learned and I know these six months will positively affect the rest of my life.“
