After the program I am noticing greater strength in my core and improvement in my posture. I have a much greater understanding in how to engage my core and do exercises properly. I have always had issues with pulling into my neck and back when doing core exercises and while that still happens, I now understand why and what I need to do. I valued being in a group with other women who were having similar struggles.
