I started working with Caitlin when I was about 10 weeks postpartum. Her program was so supportive and helped me connect back to my body and core in a very deep and intentional way. Every class I walked away feeling every muscle in my body was engaged and activated. I have so much more strength now and my jeans are fitting like they used to without additional high-intensity workouts. I feel so great and strong just doing class a couple times a week. I highly recommend her postnatal classes!
